First feedback in the russian Wolf3D forum from a Haven member:

Акуул wrote:Великолепно! Особенно порадовал маха-фюлер которого можно было увидеть со спины и в полоборота.. Не иначе спрайты старого персонажа дорисовали. Так может быть и специальные уровни будут под такие мини-битвы? Тут бы что-нибудь в стиле некоторых уровней из Wolfbel(1,2,3) от Brian Lowe.. Классические явно тесноваты

Akuul wrote:Brilliant! Especially joyful was the Mecha-Hitler which you can see from the back and diagonal...Seem like someone has drawn and expansion of the original sprites. So maybe there will be special maps for such mini-battles? Here would fit something in the style of some maps of Wolfbel(1,2,3) from Brian Lowe. Classical battles are clearly too crowded

    Looks pretty cool.

Though, I can see that the "Real" Hitler still has only frontal frames.

Overall, I'm excited about this and can't wait to see where it's headed (I'm personally hoping for a multiplayer Wolf Mod with a public source code release).

You might not believe it...but making 8-dir Bosses is a bit hard...

Well...this engine already (as can be seen) has the basic support for multiple players, artwise for sure. Now maybe someone will just add multiplayer to it...

Oh, I believe it. It's easier to make 8-dir guards for some reason. :D

Good job! I didn't expect to see this feature up and running so quickly. 8)

Yes, LinuxWolf does magic with the code :) :good:

I'll glad to have him here on the forum, and on "Team RayCast". Very capable coder.

I have to credit StarWolf for the amazing art on Mecha and other enemies. Split wolf wouldn't be the same without it.

It looked like one of the officers disappeared at one stage, just after you came in the 2nd time.

I've done tons of artwork for this one, more than can be seen from the trailer :)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! This is just a rare bug in the AI. I plan to have this fixed in the final release of SplitWolf.

Dean - beyond (important) bug reports...what do you think of the project/trailer? :)

I think it's fantastic, I really look forward to playing it. I'd like to see it made as a playable version of original Wolf3d complete before it being anything else though.

Is it just co-operartive or is there a 'v's' option with Frag count etc.?

My only concern it that if co-op plays through original Wolf as it stands then it would be quite easy as you would only have the amount of guards created for 1 player for 2. Either it would need to run on the hardest difficulty or some extra guard placement would need to be done. This of course then messes with the original size limitations. Is it SDL?
