I imagine it gets tricky when a floor code is used multiple times all over the map.

I'm sure it does. :) I usually try to avoid using the same floorcode for a large amount of the map. I've noticed that the more squares on a map the floorcode uses, the lower the framerate is when the game is accessing it. The drop in framerate isn't as noticeable with faster machines, but moderns OSs still slow down the performance quite a bit.

I would imagine the easiest way to eliminate the problems would be to come up with a type of "line-of-sight" routine...
though I don't know how efficient that would be.

The most practical way to do that - IMO - is to Copy and Paste the code from attacking brown guards; that is - the part that checks to see if a wall is obstructing the "view" of the attacker's target.

Totally forgot that the red sky wasn't in anymore. Really changes the atmosphere of those levels.

Why it's not in? It's in....don't know why this level don't show it...a bug? Maybe in remapping I changed something?
Hope it's only for this level...I clearly remember the red sky in my remapping testing.

That is weird indeed. I hope it shows up in the next vid, as it is, in my eyes, vital to the atmosphere of the levels.

    his comment on reloading...

Legecy still has automatic reloading, but I think he will be pleased to know that you can change weapons in the middle of the reloading action - canceling it. So you can do the weapon swap that he said would be nice. Instead of "getting stuck" :good:

Balames wrote:That's strange. I noticed in Sonder that the sky was red, but I just figured you guys took that out of this one. I'm just using the version that was posted... the version number (I guess is that long number?) 3751922? Well this wouldn't be the first time that something weird has happened in a mod. To answer your question, the next level has all the redness
