Watching these videos it still amazes me what Ron is able to do in the mapping. This mod barely resembles Wolf3D at all. It's like a completely new game IMO.

It's great Balames is playing through the Batman vs Bane levels. He's an awesome Wolf3D player and great advocate of everything Wolf3D. He did us an enormous favor doing these vids.

He gives great commentary and insight into the mind of a gamer.

I totally agree (the same as I think he did wonderful job on "Sonder").
His mapping is simply brilliant and for me is 90% of the success of our mod and has a big role (IMHO) in Balames selecting to make walkthroughs of it and enjoying it so much.
I'm bad in secrets finding, so for me - seeing his videos - is to be introduced to Ron's levels in all their glory and sophistication for the first time. And it amazes me how good those levels are - and I never noticed even 50% of it on my testing, Ron is simply brilliant mapper and you see why it takes him so much time to plan a level. Ron - now, seeing Balames videos - you're even more brilliant than I thought. I even wanted to post about it.

Maybe too awesome....he has full ammo and barely get's below 90% health :)
When guy like him is playing it - any mod and any levels look too easy, with too much ammo and too much health.

Thank you all for your kind words, it's truely appreciated! :)

I find Balames style of playing quite interesting, because more often than not he plays the levels quite different from what I envisioned. Which is a good thing I guess, when a level can be done multiple ways.

We had too many Bosses that don't come into hallways...hope we won't have such bugs in in-work mods.

I believe that's a fault in the original Wolf3d code - the AI seems not able to walk past you to get a better shooting possibility. Bosses always back off when they get close to the player.

Someone else did a playthrough of level 1 of this mod. Looks like it's someone from the Netherlands based on the comment.

I was just watching Balames Area 8 walkthrough on Youtube and found this nice comment about the mod:
